Rob Hull - Photographer
My first professional photography session was about 50 years ago. A young kid with a camera and a darkroom, I photographed a new office building and sold one of the images to the owner. Truth be told, I think that a good friend of ours was a friend of the owner and convinced him to throw a few dollars my way. But it was a great feeling to be a professional.
I’ve come a long way from that first photo sale. My passion today is teaching photography to all levels of photographers. Whether you’re new to photography, or a professional that wants to up your game, you’ll find workshops and classes that can help you out.
I also like to take time to get behind the camera and capture the stories of peoples lives. Over the years I must have photographed thousands of children celebrating their First Communion and Confirmation. I’ve been known on occasion to capture wedding vows although I don’t really like photographing weddings. My favorite portrait subject is High School Seniors. There is such a story to tell and it is such a milestone that I know my photographs will be cherished for many years to come.
